Llao Llao Frozen Yogurt, Central Park

After having lunch in Central Park Mall last week, I was curious to try the most happening frozen yogurt in town right now, Llao Llao, which fortunately happened to be placed in Central Park also. Located at the ground floor area, this famous frozen yogurt brand from Spain, although placed in such a hiding place, still get many people’s intention since the brand itself with the branches spread around 13 countries (the nearest from us is in Singapore) has already well-known around frozen yogurts lovers. The outlet is quite big designed minimally yet cute with their signature colors white and green with several tables to dine-in.

Basically, they offer quite similar plain frozen yogurt like the other brands, with wide selections of sauces and toppings but what's different from them is the ingredients are all natural and organic. They also used skimmed milk which is claimed low calorie, low fat and gluten free. For the sauces they have the memorable Cookie Sauce, Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce, Chocolate, White Chocolate, etc. For the toppings they provides wide selection of fruits such as watermelon, mango, strawberry, dragon fruit, etc., and selection of cookies and chocolate crumbles such as Chips Ahoy!, Lotus Caramelized Cookies, Crunch, Muesli with Chocolate, M&M’s, etc.

To enjoy the frozen yogurt, simply order for their fro-yo in different serving size, available in Small with 1 Toppings (IDR39K), Medium with 3 Toppings (IDR49K) and Large with 5 Toppings (IDR58K). Any additional toppings charged about IDR8K. Then choose the sauce and the toppings. FYI, the sauce is counted as one topping, so don’t wander when you choose the small ones, you only get the sauce for the topping, or add IDR8K for other toppings. So, I recommend you to buy the Medium one since you’ll get bigger size & more toppings with quite similar price than the small, right!

So, here’s my preference. Llao Llao with Chocolate Hazelnut sauce (too bad that day the Cookie Sauce was sold out) with M&M’s and my friend got the same but with Strawberry. Frankly speaking, I loooove their frozen yogurt! It’s absolutely different from their competitors which is also my favorites (the one who now selling the charcoal yogurt, I believe you named it hehe). The texture was thicker and so creamy but still light to be consumed. The sauce was also dense with a rich of hazelnut flavor which for me way more like Nutella. Aaaakkh this is gonna be my current addiction!

Aside their frozen yoghurt, they also provide selections of Smoothies (IDR49K) dan Smoothies with Frozen Yoghurt (IDR58K) and their signature fro-yo such as Sanum, Granillao, & Sensations (all served in package price with the fro-yo and selected sauces and toppings). So, go grab them yogurtarian! I will go back for sure for their famous Cookie Sauce and wishing they will open another branch in the midst of Jakarta, maybe Grand Indonesia or Kelapa Gading area…
