Pancious Day with Grazia: Preview of Pancious Nuovo Menu

Last week I got a chance to get closer with Pancious new menus at Pancious Day with Grazia Magazine at Pancious resto Pacific Place along with gorgeous fashion bloggers and food bloggers. Twas a fun yet chic event with a beautiful table arrangement. 

The event was opened with a pancake styling lesson by Pancious' Chef. He taught us how to style the pancake and mille crepe with simple ingredients. Here's the samples of styling from the Chef.

Then, the most exciting part was Pancake Styling Competition! All participants was provided with one pancake/mille crepe and several toppings to style their cakes. Since I'm not good enough in food styling, I let my hubby made his creation hahaha...

Roast Chicken Porcini (95K)

Succulent roast chicken leg served with porcini sauce

Pasta Truffle Cream (70K)

Pasta cooked to perfection with truffle cream, topped with generous amount of champignon and shimeji mushroom

Chicken Balsamic Risotto (86K)

Creamy risotto topped with juicy grilled chicken breast glazed with balsamic reduction

Fried Mushroom (36K)

Fried champignon mushroom breaded into crispy snack with chili mayo dipping sauce on the side

Bacon & Onion Burger (88K)

Beef patty topped with beef bacon and sweet onion jam sandwiched between fluffy panini buns

Walnut Crunch (42K)

Special walnut sauce drizzle on top of the buttery pancakes and your choice of ice cream, 

completed with peanut crunch

Overall, I love mostly all the new menus. The price was also balance with the generous portion. It's made me believe Pancious will gonna be loved more by their customers.

The menus was already launched at all Pancious restos on 4 May 2015. I will go back for their Pasta Truffle Cream and Walnut Crunch. So, Pancious lover, why wait?!
